Biography

Sphelele Khaba popular known by his stage name Shortboyzen who was raised in Snark Park, block 4 in a rural village of Bhambayi. Then later moved to Emndeni north in Johannesburg in 2005, for education purpose.

He felt in love with music back in 2012 at the age of 11, whereby the inspiration came back from local hip hop an international hip hop underground musicians such as Young M.A eMTee & Nasty_C. He was formed on a crew called "Black Cash Capital", his brother introduced him on Vee Mampeezy then mampeezy gave Shortboyzen a CD player of his song that feat artist Trademark & Thulasizwe.

Then shortboyzen started releasing his songs for his Ep album "Dollar Sign" that was nominated three times 2017. •1st LiveYourDream awards •2nd EMA awards

•3rd CMELA awards then again for 2018

•Emperor awards he looks forward by working with the likes of eMTee & Nasty C.
